Dr. Michael Luciano is the co-founder of Healthy Solutions Medspa Franchise and serves as Medical Director within the franchise. Board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine and is a Master Aesthetic Injector. He is trained in hormone and peptide therapy and brings a rare depth of clinical expertise across every modality the Healthy Solutions Medspa brand offers, and he continues to pursue advanced training to keep patient protocols at the leading edge of safety and outcomes.

His leadership sets the clinical standard franchisees build on comprehensive, physician-guided care that integrates medical weight loss, hormone optimization, and aesthetics under one roof. For physician franchise owners, that means a proven clinical framework, not a guessing game, and a brand built on the belief that patient safety and physician oversight are non-negotiable.

In 2009, Dr. Luciano established private medical practices in Ivyland and Furlong, Pennsylvania, serving the surrounding communities with a focus on comprehensive primary care, preventive medicine, and patient education. It was within these practices that he developed the Medical Weight Loss and Medical Aesthetic programs that would eventually become the foundation of Healthy Solutions Medspa.

Dr. Luciano is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Osteopathic Association, American Society of Bariatric Physicians, and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and completed his medical training at Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California. Outside the clinic, Michael enjoys golf and tennis, staying active, and keeping up with sports. His favorite time, though, is spent at home with his wife Inna, their two teenagers, and their two dogs. Family time is a priority for him, and that same commitment to life-work balance is one he encourages every franchisee to build into their own practice: that a physician can lead with clinical excellence without sacrificing the life outside of it.
