Yes. Our model is physician-owned by design, an opportunity for a medical doctor to become the face of their community's medspa, leading day-to-day clinical operations while building and managing their own support team.

Can I own more than one medspa?
Absolutely. We welcome multi-unit owners, and we offer a reduced initial franchise fee for those who commit to more than one location up front.

How large does the medspa need to be?
We recommend 2,000 to 3,000 square feet, with adequate parking and strong drive-by visibility. We'll provide clear real estate criteria to help you evaluate whether a space is the right fit.

How long does it take to open?
Most owners open within 12 to 15 months, depending on your market and buildout. Every step, from site selection to grand opening, is guided by our comprehensive pre-opening training.

How many employees are needed to run the medspa day to day?
Typically 4 to 6, including a patient coordinator, office manager, aesthetician, on site Physician owner, Nurse Practitioner, RN, or PA.

What are the startup costs and what do they include?
Startup investment includes your initial franchise fee, third-party professional fees, insurance, equipment, furniture, opening marketing, and three months of working capital.

How much will the business make in a year?
We will be able to share our Financial Performance Representation, called an Item 19, in our Franchise Disclosure Document, which highlights affiliate performance and history. This can be a useful tool to help you evaluate the revenue potential of your individual business.

Do we have to have a medical director onsite?
Yes. We require a Physician presence. It is the foundation of our brand and our safety standard. Every location has an actively involved Physician medical director.

What does membership include for clients?
Members receive monthly credits that bank toward services with no expiration, giving them flexibility across injectables, skincare, laser treatments, and wellness treatments at a predictable monthly cost.

What services are offered to clients?
Injectables, medical weight loss, hormone and peptide therapy, IV vitamin therapy, skin tightening, body contouring, medspa facials, microneedling, laser treatments, advanced skincare treatments and other wellness services.
