Healthy Solutions Medspa opened in Bucks County, Pennsylvania in 2009 as a physician-run practice. Two locations and thousands of patients later, the same standards are what we hand to franchise owners.
Our Story
How the practice started
Dr. Michael C. Luciano opened the practice to treat the problems he saw most often in family medicine: weight that would not come off, hormones that were never checked, and patients told to live with how they felt.
Aesthetics came next, and it came from the same place. Patients who felt better wanted to look the part. Injectables, lasers and skincare were added under physician oversight rather than handed off, which is still how every treatment runs today.
A second location followed in Furlong. Growing from one practice to two is where the systems were written down: intake, charting, protocols, staff training, vendor pricing, the offer calendar. That documentation is what makes a third, fourth and fifth location possible.

Dr. Michael Luciano
Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer
Board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, and a Master Aesthetic Injector. He sets the clinical standard franchisees build on.
Inna Luciano
Co-Founder and CEO
Owner and operator in the two med spa locations that shaped the brand. She guides franchise owners on workflows, marketing and service standards.
